2. Relationship with Communication University of China

The school has no affiliation, authorisation, licensing or hanging-plaque relationship with Communication University of China, and is not an affiliated campus of any university. The principal, Zhang Kunrao, is a 2014 undergraduate graduate of the Broadcasting and Hosting Arts programme at Communication University of China and serves as Secretary-General of its Qingdao Alumni Association. Some teachers are likewise graduates of that university and of other specialist institutions. Every reference to a university on this website denotes alumni status or a teacher's education background, nothing else.

3. Teaching Staff

Teachers of Broadcasting and Hosting Arts graduated from Communication University of China and other institutions; Acting and Directing teachers graduated from Central Academy of Drama, Beijing Film Academy and similar specialist schools; Dance, Fine Arts and Calligraphy for children are taught by full-time teachers holding recognised national teaching qualifications. Individual teacher backgrounds are listed on the Chinese faculty page and can be verified in person at the school. The school does not use university students as substitute teachers.

The school does not use borrowed or purchased results in its student outcomes listings, does not promise admission to any university, does not promise ranking or pass rates, and does not disparage other training providers. Fees, refund rules and the standard government training contract are available on the Chinese website and at the school premises.

4. Fees and Compliance

Fees follow the regulations set by the education authorities: a single payment may not exceed CNY 5,000, and may not span more than three months or 60 class hours. Pre-collected tuition is placed in a supervised bank account. The school uses the Ministry of Education's model training service contract for compulsory education students, and publishes the fee items and refund rules prominently on site. A written quotation itemised line by line is provided for each student's actual programme; prices are not listed publicly.
